Pharmaceutical Pilot Plant
The pilot plantmimics an industrial scale formulation system consisting of
- Phemical intake simulation
- Premixing tanks
- Final mixing tank
- Holding tanks and
- In-line instrumentation
- Pasteuriser and it is connected to a filling line.
The complete system is integrated with CIP (clean in place) and SIP (steam in place) systems.
The necessary utilities such as a boiler, an industrial grade DI water system, an air compressor and a clean steam generator are also available. The plant is connected to a waste storage and management facility. This whole plant is automated through PLC and SCADA using Intellution iFix and iBatch process management software.
