Innovation Partnerships
The scheme that Enterprise Ireland operates to support research collaborations between companies and third level institutions is called the Innovation Partnerships. It has effectively been in existence for more than a quarter of a century. It was called the Applied Research Grants Scheme for much of that time, and it has continuously evolved over its lifetime. The core principle of providing generous support for a company to be able to tap into the expertise and facilities of a third level institution in a focused way has remained the same.
