start date: Thu, 22 Sep 2011 10:15:00 BST

end date: Fri, 30 Sep 2011 17:00:00 BST

In recognition of the current economic climate the Institute has introduced new options to assist those students who are experiencing difficulties in paying their fees.
You now have the following options when paying your fees at  http://www.ittdublin.ie/onlinepayments/fees/

1. You can pay 100% of the fee due online.

2. You can pay 50% of the fee due by the 31st October and the remaining 50% by 31st January.  If choosing this option please note the following:
• You can pay any number of instalments at  http://www.ittdublin.ie/onlinepayments/fees/ using the student charge option but you must have paid a minimum of 50% by the 31st October.

• If you have not paid a minimum of 50% by the 31st October you will lose access to the services listed below, be withdrawn from the instalments scheme and you immediately become liable for 100% of your fees.

• You must pay the remaining balance by the 31st January and again you can pay any number of instalments which suit you at  http://www.ittdublin.ie/onlinepayments/fees/ using the student charge option.
Please contact the Registrar’s Office if you have any questions regarding fees or instalment plans.

The following are the services and facilities that will be withdrawn on the 1st November:
• ITT Dublin user account, which will mean you will not be able to use the PC/IT facilities in the Institute including wireless and remote access.
• Library account.
• You will not be able to get your examination results.
• Restricted access to Student Services, including Clubs and Societies.

In addition to the above services being withdrawn the following also apply if fees are not paid by the 31st January:
• You will not have access to your exam results.
• You will not be eligible to register for further examinations within the Institute.
• You will be withdrawn from the programme which means you cannot attend classes, tutorials and practicals or avail of any of the services provided by the Institute.
• You will not be permitted to register for the next year of a programme until all fees have been paid in full

Grants
If you have applied for a grant and you have not yet submitted details to the Registrar’s Office, you must complete the Grant Declaration form available at http://www.ittdublin.ie/grantdeclaration .  This must be returned to the Registrar’s Office before Friday 14th October and you are reminded that falsely completing the declaration is a serious offence which may lead to disciplinary action and may leave you liable for additional fees.
