Student Industrial Placement Programme

 Introduction
ITT Dublin provides a range of expert services and resources to meet the employment and training needs of the Bio and Pharmaceutical Industry. A major training resource in the Institute is the National Centre for Pharmaceutical Education where students gain valuable practical experience in an industrial setting.

The degree in Pharmaceutical Science has been created specially to provide suitably qualified graduates, in both Bio and pharmaceutical technologies to meet the needs of the industry.

Students at work 7 About SIPP
SIPP is an integral part of the honours Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, undertaken by students in their third year. It is a work placement programme designed to link theory and practice. Students gain important on-the-job experience and skills through 6 to 8 month work placements with participating companies. Placements take place between February and September.
