Hello and welcome!

You are on the Socrates homepage of ITT Dublin, Institute of Technology Tallaght. This page provides information about the SOCRATES (Erasmus) programme at ITT Dublin only.

Before you fill in and submit the form, please make sure that your home university has nominated you to come and study at ITT Dublin.

Notice to all students arriving in 2007-2008.
Have you been offered an Erasmus place at the I. T. Tallaght during 2007-2008?
Has your university already sent your name and details to our International Office?
If you answer “YES” to these two questions, please fill out the application
form on this web page. You can complete it by hand, or type.
THIS  YEAR  WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE COMPLETED FORM BY E-MAIL
The completed application form must have the original signature of your academic coordinator, plus the official stamp of your university, otherwise we cannot accept it.

If you answered “NO” to our questions above, please check with the International Office of your university BEFORE contacting us.

Arriving for the Winter Semester (starting early Sept 2007):
 The closing date for receipt of applications is 01 June 2007.
If your application is in order and arrives by 01 June, your information pack will be posted at the end of JUNE 2007. If you wish, you may send your application months in advance, but your information pack will not be posted until the end of June 2007. If your application is late, you may not receive your pack until late August.

Arriving in Spring Semester 2008 (starting late January 2008):
The closing date for receipt of applications is 01 November 2007.
If your application is in order and arrives in time, your information pack will be posted at the end of  NOVEMBER 2007.   If you wish, you may send your application months in advance, but your information pack will not be posted before the end of November 2007.  If your application is late, you may not receive your pack until early January 2008.

What’s in the information packs???
This pack contains information about our orientation & induction programme, college calendar, subjects and courses, accommodation, student services, registration procedures, etc. Please do not email us in April, May or June requesting the information, because dates will not be fixed before mid-June 2007, so just wait until you hear from us. Thank you. We look forward to welcoming visitors in 2007-2008.
